मोक्षोपाय-निर्णयः
Determination of the Means to Liberation
श्रेयस: श्रेयसो<प्येवं वृत्तं लोको<नुवर्तते । सदैव हि गुरोर्वृत्तमनुवर्तन्ति मानवा:
śreyasaḥ śreyaso 'pyevaṁ vṛttaṁ loko 'nuvartate | sadaiva hi guror vṛttam anuvartanti mānavāḥ ||
ಹೀಗೆ ಶ್ರೇಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠನಾದವನ—ಸಜ್ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಮ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠನಾದವನ—ವೃತ್ತವನ್ನೇ ಲೋಕವು ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಮಾನವರು ಸ್ವಭಾವತಃ ಸದಾ ಹಿರಿಯರ ಮತ್ತು ಗುರುಗಳ ಆಚರಣೆಯನ್ನೇ ಅನುಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
