एवं ते सर्वमाख्यातं यथा शप्तो निशाकर: । प्रभासं च यथा तीर्थ तीर्थानां प्रवरं महत्
evaṃ te sarvam ākhyātaṃ yathā śapto niśākaraḥ | prabhāsaṃ ca yathā tīrthaṃ tīrthānāṃ pravaraṃ mahat |
ವೈಶಂಪಾಯನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಹೀಗೆ ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ವಿವರಿಸಿದೆ: ನಿಶಾಕರ (ಚಂದ್ರ) ಹೇಗೆ ಶಪಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟನು, ಮತ್ತು ಮಹತ್ತಾದ ಪ್ರಭಾಸ ತೀರ್ಥವು ಹೇಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತೀರ್ಥಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠವೆಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.
