Trita in the Well (Udapāna-kathā) — Balarāma’s Tīrtha Observances
अनादृत्य तु तद् वाक्य दक्षस्य भगवान् शशी । रोहिण्या सार्थमवसत् ततस्ता: कुपिता: पुनः
anādṛtya tu tad vākyaṃ dakṣasya bhagavān śaśī | rohiṇyā sārtham avasat tatastāḥ kupitāḥ punaḥ ||
ಆದರೆ ದಕ್ಷನ ಆ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಅಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಮಾಡಿ ಭಗವಾನ್ ಶಶಿ (ಚಂದ್ರ) ರೋಹಿಣಿಯ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ವಾಸಿಸಿದನು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಉಳಿದವರು ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡರು.
