समागतमपकश्याम हाांशुमन्तमिव प्रजा: । “वीरोंका विनाश करनेवाले इस संग्रामसे बचकर तुम कुशलपूर्वक नगरमें लौट आये-- इस अवस्थामें हमने तुम्हें उसी प्रकार देखा है

ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು— “ರಾತ್ರಿಯ ಅಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಾನ ಸೂರ್ಯನನ್ನು ನೋಡುವಂತೆ, ನಾವು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕ್ಷೇಮವಾಗಿ ಮರಳಿ ಬಂದವನಾಗಿ ಕಂಡೆವು. ವೀರನಾಶಕರವಾದ ಈ ಮಹಾಸಂಗ್ರಾಮದಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನೀನು ಕುಶಲವಾಗಿ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಮರಳಿದ್ದೀಯ; ಈ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು, ಅಂಧಕಾರ ಕಳೆದ ಮೇಲೆ ಜನರು ಭಗವಾನ್ ಭಾಸ್ಕರನನ್ನು ನೋಡುವಂತೆ ನೋಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.”
