Escalation of Wagers and Shakuni’s Repeated Declarations of Victory
समागम्य भ्रातृभि: पार्थ तस्यां सुहृद्द्यूत॑ क्रियतां रम्यतां च | प्रीयामहे भवतां संगमेन समागता: कुरवश्चापि सर्वे
samāgamya bhrātṛbhiḥ pārtha tasyāṃ suhṛd-dyūtaṃ kriyatāṃ ramyatāṃ ca | prīyāmahe bhavatāṃ saṅgamena samāgatāḥ kuravaś cāpi sarve ||
ವಿದುರನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಹೇ ಪಾರ್ಥ, ಸಹೋದರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದು ಆ ರಮ್ಯವಾದ ಹೊಸ ಸಭಾಮಂಟಪವನ್ನು ನೋಡು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಹೃದರೂ ಹಿತೈಷಿಗಳೂ ಸೇರಿ ವಿನೋದಾರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಪಾಶಕ್ರೀಡೆ ನಡೆಸಲಿ. ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಮದಿಂದ ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲ ಕುರುವರು, ಓ ಕುರುರಾಜ, ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಸಂತೋಷಪಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.
