Chapter 50
हितं हि परम मन्ये विदुरो यत् प्रभाषते । क्रियतां पुत्र तत् सर्वमेतन्मन्ये हितं तव,“विदुर जो कहते हैं, उसीको मैं अपना सर्वोत्तम हित मानता हूँ। बेटा! तुम भी वही सब करो। मेरी समझमें तुम्हारे लिये यही हितकर है
hitaṁ hi paramaṁ manye viduro yat prabhāṣate | kriyatāṁ putra tat sarvam etan manye hitaṁ tava ||
ವಿದುರನು ಹೇಳುವುದನ್ನೇ ನಾನು ಪರಮ ಹಿತವೆಂದು ಮನ್ಯಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಮಗನೇ, ಅವೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ನೆರವೇರಿಸು; ನನ್ನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೇ ನಿನಗೆ ಹಿತಕರ।
