Chapter 79
कृतज्ञानां वदान्यानां गुरुशुश्रूषिणामपि । सहस्रदक्षिणानां च या गतिस्तामवाप्रुहि
sañjaya uvāca | kṛtajñānāṁ vadānyānāṁ guruśuśrūṣiṇām api | sahasradakṣiṇānāṁ ca yā gatis tām avāpruhi ||
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಕೃತಜ್ಞರು, ಉದಾರರು, ಗುರುಶುಶ್ರೂಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಷ್ಠರು, ಯಜ್ಞಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ದಕ್ಷಿಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವವರು—ಅವರು ಯಾವ ಗತಿಯನ್ನು, ಯಾವ ಅಂತಿಮ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ? ಅದನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸು.
