अध्याय ७१ — द्रोणव्यूहरक्षा तथा समकालीन द्वन्द्वयुद्धानि
Protection of Droṇa’s formation and parallel duels
यसुञ्जय उवाच एतेनैव प्रतीतो<हं प्रसन्नो यद्भवान् मम । प्रसन्नो यस्य भगवान् न तस्यास्तीह दुर्लभम्,सृंजयने कहा--मुने! आप मुझपर प्रसन्न हैं, इतनेसे ही मैं पूर्ण संतुष्ट हूँ। जिसपर आप प्रसन्न हों, उसे इस जगत्में कुछ भी दुर्लभ नहीं है
sṛñjaya uvāca | etenaiva pratīto 'haṃ prasanno yad bhavān mama | prasanno yasya bhagavān na tasyāstīha durlabham ||
ಸೃಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಮುನಿವರ್ಯ! ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ; ಇದೊಂದರಿಂದಲೇ ನಾನು ನಿಶ್ಚಿತನಾಗಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ತೃಪ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಭಗವಂತನಂತಿರುವ ಮಹರ್ಷಿ ಯಾರ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನನಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೋ, ಅವನಿಗೆ ಈ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೂ ದುರ್ಲಭವಲ್ಲ.
