Transliteration

sahasraputrāḥ puruṣā daśavarṣaśatāyuṣaḥ

Translation

ನಾರದನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಕೆಲವು ಪುರುಷರಿಗೆ ಸಹಸ್ರ ಪುತ್ರರು ಇರುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅವರ ಆಯುಷ್ಯ ಶತ ದಶಕಗಳವರೆಗೆ, ಅಂದರೆ ಸಾವಿರ ವರ್ಷಗಳವರೆಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ।
