Abhimanyu’s Fall and the Battlefield Aftermath
आर्जुनिर्व्यचरद् व्योम्नि भृशं वै पक्षिराडिव । अर्जुनकुमार अभिमन्यु कौशिक आदि मार्गों (पैतरों) द्वारा तथा शीघ्रकारिता और बल- पराक्रमसे पक्षिराज गरुड़की भाँति भूतलकी अपेक्षा आकाशमें ही अधिक विचरण करने लगा
ārjunir vyacarat vyomni bhṛśaṃ vai pakṣirāḍ iva |
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಆರ್ಜುನಿ ಅಭಿಮನ್ಯು ಮಹಾವೇಗ ಮತ್ತು ಬಲ-ಪರಾಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಪಕ್ಷಿರಾಜನಂತೆ ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲೇ ಸಂಚರಿಸಿದನು; ಕೌಶಿಕಾದಿ ಪಾದಚಲನೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಚುರುಕಿನಿಂದ ಭೂಮಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ವ್ಯೋಮದಲ್ಲೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಚಲಿಸುವವನಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು।
