यत् कर्म कलुषं कृत्वा शलाघसे जनसंसदि । 'तू पापकर्म करके जनसमाजमें जो इस तरह अपनी बड़ाई कर रहा है, इसके कारण तू कुन्तीके सभी पुत्रों तथा अन्धक और वृष्णिवंशके याददवोंद्वारा निन्दाके योग्य हो गया है
yat karma kaluṣaṁ kṛtvā śalāghase janasansadi
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಕಲುಷಿತವಾದ ಪಾಪಕರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಜನಸಮುದಾಯದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ಅದನ್ನೇ ಹೊಗಳಿಕೊಂಡು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಕುಂತೀಪುತ್ರರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಅಂಧಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವೃಷ್ಣಿವಂಶದ ಯಾದವರಿಗೂ ನೀನು ನಿಂದನೀಯನಾಗಿದ್ದೀಯ.
