त्वया हि कथित पूर्व युद्धायाभ्यागता वयम् । घटामहे यथाशक्ति त्वं तु नो5द्य जुगुप्ससे,“तुमने ही पहले युद्धके लिये कहा था और उसीके अनुसार हम यहाँ आकर यथाशक्ति उसके लिये प्रयत्न कर रहे हैं, परंतु आज तुम्हीं हमारी निन्दा करते हो!
tvayā hi kathita pūrvaṃ yuddhāyābhyāgatā vayam | ghaṭāmahe yathāśakti tvaṃ tu no 'dya jugupsase ||
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲು ನೀನೇ ಕರೆದೆ; ಅದಕ್ಕನುಸಾರ ನಾವು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದು ಯಥಾಶಕ್ತಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇಂದು ನೀನೇ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ನಿಂದಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವೆ.
