तद्‌ घोरं महदाश्चर्य सर्वे प्रैक्षन्त सर्वतः

tad ghoraṃ mahad āścaryaṃ sarve praikṣanta sarvataḥ

ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಆ ಘೋರವಾದ ಮಹಾ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಕರ ದೃಶ್ಯವನ್ನು, ವಿಸ್ಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶಾಲವಾದುದನ್ನು, ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಎಲ್ಲ ದಿಕ್ಕುಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ನೋಡಿದರು।
