तयो: समभवद् युद्ध गर्जतोरतिकाययो: । घटोत्कचालम्बुषयोस्तुमुलं लोमहर्षणम्,गरजते हुए उन दोनों विशालकाय राक्षस घटोत्कच और अलम्बुषका वह युद्ध बड़ा ही भयंकर और रोमांचकारी था
tayoḥ samabhavad yuddhaṁ garjator atikāyayoḥ | ghaṭotkacālambuṣayostumulaṁ lomaharṣaṇam ||
ಗರ್ಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಆ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮಹಾಕಾಯರ—ಘಟೋತ್ಕಚ ಮತ್ತು ಅಲಂಬುಷ—ನಡುವೆ ಯುದ್ಧವು ಉದ್ಭವಿಸಿತು; ಅದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ತುಮುಲ, ಭಯಾನಕ, ರೋಮಾಂಚಕರವಾಗಿತ್ತು।
