अध्याय १४८ — कर्णप्रभावः, धृष्टद्युम्नस्य विरथता, तथा घटोत्कच-आह्वानम्
Chapter 148: Karṇa’s Pressure, Dhṛṣṭadyumna Unhorsed, and the Summoning of Ghaṭotkaca
मर्मास्थिभिरगाधां च केशशैवलशाद्धलाम् । शिरोबाहूपलतटां रुग्णक्रोडास्थिसंकटाम्
marmāsthibhir agādhāṃ ca keśaśaivalśāḍḍhalām | śirobāhūpalataṭāṃ rugṇakroḍāsthi-saṅkaṭām ||
ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಮರ್ಮಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಎಲುಬಿನ ರಾಶಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅದು ಅಗಾಧ ನದಿಯಂತೆ ತೋಚಿತು; ಕೂದಲು ಅದರ ಶೈವಲ ಮತ್ತು ನುರೆಯಂತೆ ಇತ್ತು. ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ತಲೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಭುಜಗಳು ತೀರದ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳಂತೆ, ಮುರಿದ ಎದೆಎಲುಬುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಎಲುಬುಗಳಿಂದ ಅದರ ಹಾಸು ಇರುಕಾಗಿ ಕರ್ಕಶವಾಗಿತ್ತು।
