भूरिश्रवास्तु संक्रुद्ध: प्रतोद॑ चिच्छिदे हरे:,भूरिश्रवाने कुपित होकर श्रीकृष्णका चाबुक काट डाला और अर्जुनको तिहत्तर बाणोंसे गहरी चोट पहुँचायी

Transliteration

bhūriśravās tu saṅkruddhaḥ pratodaṃ cicchide hareḥ

Translation

ಸಂಜಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಕ್ರೋಧಾವೇಶಗೊಂಡ ಭೂರಿಶ್ರವನು ಹರಿ (ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣ) ಯ ಚಾವಟಿಯನ್ನು ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದನು; ನಂತರ ತಿಹತ್ತೂರು ಬಾಣಗಳ ಮಳೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜುನನಿಗೆ ತೀವ್ರ ಗಾಯಮಾಡಿದನು।
