तानस्यास्त्रेण चिच्छेद दौणि: सर्वास्त्रधातिना । धनुषके बीचमें रखकर अर्जुनके द्वारा खींचे जानेवाले उन बाणोंको अभ्वत्थामाने सर्वस्त्रधातक अस्त्रके द्वारा काट डाला

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca |

tān asyāstreṇa ciccheda dauṇiḥ sarvāstradhātinā |

Translation

ಆಗ ದ್ರೋಣಪುತ್ರ ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥಾಮನು ‘ಸರ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ರಧಾತಿನ್’ ಎಂಬ ಅಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸಿ, ಧನುಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿ ಹಿಡಿದು ಅರ್ಜುನನು ಬಿಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಆ ಬಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲೇ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದನು।
