अभिमन्युका युद्ध-कौशल तत: शरैर्महाराज रुक्मपुड्खै: शिलाशितै: । भीम विव्याध संक्रुद्धस्त्रासयानो वरूथिनीम्‌

ಮಹಾರಾಜ! ಆನಂತರ ಕ್ರೋಧದಿಂದ ಉರಿದ ದುರ್ಯೋಧನನು ಶಿಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೀಕ್ಷ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ, ರುಕ್ಮಪುಂಖಗಳಿರುವ ಬಾಣಗಳಿಂದ ಭೀಮನನ್ನು ಭೇದಿಸಿ, ಸೇನಾವ್ಯೂಹವನ್ನು ಭಯಪಡಿಸಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದನು.
