Cyavana’s Water-Vow and the Ethics of Cohabitation (स्नेह-सम्वास-धर्मः)
वक्षित्तु संशयो मे5स्ति तन्मे ब्रूहि पितामह । जाते5स्मिन् संशये राजन् नान्यं पृच्छेम कंचन
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca |
vakṣituṁ saṁśayo me 'sti tan me brūhi pitāmaha |
jāte 'smin saṁśaye rājan nānyaṁ pṛcchema kañcana ||
ಯುಧಿಷ್ಠಿರನು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಪಿತಾಮಹ! ನನಗೆ ಒಂದು ಸಂಶಯವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಬೇಕಿದೆ; ಅದರ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ನೀವು ಹೇಳಿ. ರಾಜನ್! ಈ ಸಂಶಯ ಉದ್ಭವಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದರ ಕುರಿತು ನಾನು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾರನ್ನೂ ಕೇಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
