जम्मुर्भागीरथीं पुण्यामृषिजुष्टां कुरूद्वहा: । अनुगम्यमाना व्यासेन नारदेनासितेन च
jammur bhāgīrathīṃ puṇyām ṛṣijuṣṭāṃ kurūdvahāḥ | anugamyamānā vyāsena nāradena asitena ca
ವೈಶಂಪಾಯನನು ಹೇಳಿದರು— ಓ ಕುರೂದ್ವಹನೇ! ಋಷಿಗಳು ಸೇವಿಸುವ ಪುಣ್ಯ ಭಾಗೀರಥಿಯನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತಾ ವ್ಯಾಸ, ನಾರದ ಮತ್ತು ಅಸಿತರೂ ಸಹ ಜೊತೆಯಾಗಿ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು।
वैशम्पायन उवाच
