अजुन उवाच जीवाम्यहं ब्राह्मणार्थ सर्वथा सततं प्रभो | ब्रह्माण्यो ब्राह्मणेभ्यश्ष प्रणणमामि च नित्यश:

Transliteration

arjuna uvāca jīvāmy ahaṃ brāhmaṇārthaṃ sarvathā satataṃ prabho | brahmaṇyo brāhmaṇebhyaś ca praṇamāmi ca nityaśaḥ ||

Translation

ಅರ್ಜುನನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಪ್ರಭು! ನಾನು ಎಲ್ಲ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಸದಾ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರ ಹಿತಾರ್ಥವೇ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಾನು ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣ್ಯಧರ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಭಕ್ತನು; ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರಿಗೆ ನಮಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
