अनिर्विण्ण: स्थविष्ठो5 भूर्धर्मयूपो महामख: । नक्षत्रनेमिर्नक्षत्री क्षम: क्षाम: समीहन:

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | anirviṇṇaḥ sthaviṣṭho 'bhūd dharmayūpo mahāmakhaḥ | nakṣatranemir nakṣatrī kṣamaḥ kṣāmaḥ samīhanaḥ ||

Translation

ಭೀಷ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಅವನು ನಿರಾಶೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಕಾರರಹಿತ; ವಿರಾಟ್ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಿತ; ಅಜನ್ಮ; ಧರ್ಮದ ಸ್ತಂಭ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಾಯಜ್ಞಸ್ವರೂಪ. ಅವನು ಸಮಸ್ತ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಗಳ ಕೇಂದ್ರ; ನಕ್ಷತ್ರಾಧಿಪತಿ (ಚಂದ್ರ); ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮರ್ಥ; ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ನಿವಾಸಾಧಾರ; ಮತ್ತು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ-ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಾಗಿ ಸಮ್ಯಕ್ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವವನು.
