गौर: श्यामस्तथा कृष्ण: पाण्डुरो धूमलोहित: । विकृताक्षो विशालाक्षो दिग्वासा: सर्ववासक:
gauraḥ śyāmas tathā kṛṣṇaḥ pāṇḍuro dhūmalohitaḥ | vikṛtākṣo viśālākṣo digvāsāḥ sarvavāsakaḥ ||
ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಅವನು ಗೌರ, ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಶ್ಯಾಮ, ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಪಾಂಡುರ; ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಧೂಮವರ್ಣ, ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಲೋಹಿತವರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಅವನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ವಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ತೋರುತ್ತವೆ; ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಸುಂದರ ವಿಶಾಲಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಂದ ಶೋಭಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ದಿಗಂಬರನಾಗಿ, ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿಧದ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕೃತನಾಗಿ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಾನೆ.
