Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
तमाह भगवान् रुद्र: साक्षात् तुष्टोडस्मि तेडनघ । ग्रन्थकूल्लोकविख्यातो भवितास्यजरामर:
tam āha bhagavān rudraḥ sākṣāt tuṣṭo ’smi te ’nagha | granthakṛl lokavikhyāto bhavitāsy ajarāmaraḥ ||
ಆಗ ಭಗವಾನ್ ರುದ್ರನು ಸాక్షಾತ್ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷನಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು—“ಅನಘಾ! ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ತೃಪ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನೀನು ಲೋಕವಿಖ್ಯಾತ ಗ್ರಂಥಕಾರನಾಗುವಿ; ಅಜರಾಮರನಾಗುವಿ.”
