आजन्मनां शतं चैव नरके पच्यते तु सः । निष्कृतिं च न तस्यापि अनुमन्यन्ति कहिचित्
ājānmanāṁ śataṁ caiva narake pacyate tu saḥ | niṣkṛtiṁ ca na tasyāpi anumaṇyanti kahicit ||
ಧರ್ಮನು ಹೇಳಿದನು— ಆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ನೂರು ಜನ್ಮಗಳವರೆಗೆ ನರಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಯಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತವನ್ನು ಯಾರೂ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಅನುಮೋದಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
