विफल क्रियमाणं तत्‌ समवेक्ष्य शतक्रतुः । भूय: संवर्धयामास तद्वर्ष पाकशासन:

Transliteration

viphala-kriyamāṇaṃ tat samavekṣya śatakratuḥ | bhūyaḥ saṃvardhayāmāsa tadvarṣa pākaśāsanaḥ ||

Translation

ಆ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಂಡ ಶತಕ್ರತು, ಪಾಕಶಾಸನ ಇಂದ್ರನು ಆ ಶಿಲಾವೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದನು.
