तेडभिजम्मुर्जितक्रोधा जितात्मानो जितेन्द्रिया: । पितामहस्य भवनं जगत: कृपया तदा,उन्होंने अपने मन, इन्द्रियसमुदाय तथा क्रोधको जीत लिया था। फिर भी सम्पूर्ण जगतपर दया करके वे ब्रह्माजीके धाममें गये
teḍabhijammurjitakrodhā jitātmāno jitendriyāḥ | pitāmahasya bhavanaṃ jagataḥ kṛpayā tadā ||
ಅವರು ಕ್ರೋಧವನ್ನು ಜಯಿಸಿ, ಆತ್ಮಸಂಯಮ ಹೊಂದಿ, ಇಂದ್ರಿಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ; ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಮೇಲಿನ ಕರುಣೆಯಿಂದ ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಿತಾಮಹ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮನ ಭವನಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳಿದರು।
नारद उवाच
True spiritual discipline is not only inner conquest—mastery over anger, mind, and senses—but also compassionate engagement for the welfare of the world; self-control culminates in kṛpā (mercy).
Nārada describes certain disciplined beings who, despite being fully self-restrained, are moved by compassion for all creatures and therefore proceed to the abode of Pitāmaha (Brahmā), implying a purposeful visit for guidance or cosmic benefit.
