Cause of Kalmāṣapāda’s Niyoga under a Curse
वारिणा च सुशीतेन शिरस्तस्याभ्यषेचयत् । अस्फुटन्मुकुटं राज्ञ: पुण्डरीकसुगन्धिना
vāriṇā ca suśītena śirastasya abhyasecayat | asphuṭan mukuṭaṁ rājñaḥ puṇḍarīka-sugandhinā |
ಅವನು ಪದ್ಮಸುಗಂಧಯುಕ್ತ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ತಣ್ಣನೆಯ ನೀರಿನಿಂದ ರಾಜನ ಶಿರಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಅಭಿಷೇಕ ಮಾಡಿದನು. ರಾಜನ ಮುಕುಟವು ಬಿರುಕು ಬಿಟ್ಟಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ—ಅದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಿತು।
