Droṇa’s Ācārya-Dakṣiṇā: Capture of Drupada and Division of Pāñcāla (द्रोण-आचार्यदक्षिणा)
क्रीडावसाने ते सर्वे शुचिवस्त्रा: स्वलंकृता: । दिवसान्ते परिश्रान्ता विहृत्य च कुरूद्वहा:
krīḍāvasāne te sarve śucivastrāḥ sv-alaṅkṛtāḥ | divasānte pariśrāntā vihṛtya ca kurūdvahāḥ |
ಜಲಕ್ರೀಡೆ ಮುಗಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಿನಾಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಹಾರದಿಂದ ದಣಿದ ಆ ಕುರುಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ವೀರರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಶುಚಿವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ, ಸುಂದರ ಆಭರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಆ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಭವನಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ರಾತ್ರಿವಾಸ ಮಾಡುವುದೆಂದು ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಆ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಅಧಿಕ ಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಬಲವಂತನಾದ ಭೀಮಸೇನನು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ದಣಿದಿದ್ದನು.
