dṛṣṭvainaṃ niyataḥ sadyo mucyate sarvakilbiṣaiḥ mṛtaś ca na punarjantuḥ saṃsārī tu bhavennaraḥ
Suta Goswami (narrating the phala-śruti to the sages of Naimiṣāraṇya)
It states a direct phala (result): disciplined darśana of the Śiva-liṅga destroys kilbiṣa (sin/impurity) and leads the pashu (soul) toward mokṣa rather than continued saṃsāra.
Śiva is implied as Pati—the liberating Lord whose grace, accessed through liṅga-darśana with niyama, cuts pasha (bondage) and ends rebirth for the jīva.
Niyata-darśana—seeing the liṅga with self-restraint and focused reverence—combining outer worship (darśana) with inner discipline aligned with Pāśupata-oriented purification.
