अध्याय 91: अरिष्ट-लक्षण, मृत्यु-संस्कार, पाशुपत-धारणा तथा ओङ्कार-उपासना
द्वादशाध्यात्ममित्येवं योगधारणमुच्यते शतमर्धशतं वापि धारणां मूर्ध्नि धारयेत्
dvādaśādhyātmamityevaṃ yogadhāraṇamucyate śatamardhaśataṃ vāpi dhāraṇāṃ mūrdhni dhārayet
ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ದ್ವಾದಶ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಅನುಶಾಸನಾಧಾರಿತವಾದುದೇ ಯೋಗಧಾರಣೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಾಧಕನು ಶಿರೋಶಿಖರದಲ್ಲಿ (ಸಹಸ್ರಾರದಲ್ಲಿ) ಈ ಏಕಾಗ್ರತೆಯನ್ನು ನೂರು ಎಣಿಕೆಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಐವತ್ತರವರೆಗೆ ಸಹ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿ ಧರಿಸಬೇಕು.
