अनारोग्यमनायुष्यमस्वर्ग्यं चातिभोजनम् / अपुण्यं लोकविद्विष्टं तस्मात् तत्परिवर्जयेत्

ಅತಿಭೋಜನವು ಆರೋಗ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹಾಳುಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಆಯುಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಸ್ವರ್ಗಹಿತಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದು ಅಪುಣ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಲೋಕನಿಂದಿತ; ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅದನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸಬೇಕು.
