तत्राससाद योगात्मा विष्णुना सह विश्वकृत् / तेजसा पूरयन् विश्वं भाति देवो महेश्वरः

The verse emphasizes the yogic state as an ontological reality—Maheshvara himself is “the soul of Yoga.” In the Ishvara-Gita frame, this supports meditation on the Lord’s all-pervading tejas (luminous presence) as a contemplative method aligned with Pāśupata-oriented devotion and inner absorption (samādhi).
