यथा घनोऽर्कप्रभवोऽर्कदर्शितो ह्यर्कांशभूतस्य च चक्षुषस्तम: । एवं त्वहं ब्रह्मगुणस्तदीक्षितो ब्रह्मांशकस्यात्मन आत्मबन्धन: ॥ ३२ ॥
yathā ghano ’rka-prabhavo ’rka-darśito hy arkāṁśa-bhūtasya ca cakṣuṣas tamaḥ evaṁ tv ahaṁ brahma-guṇas tad-īkṣito brahmāṁśakasyātmana ātma-bandhanaḥ
ಮೋಡವು ಸೂರ್ಯದಿಂದಲೇ ಹುಟ್ಟಿ ಸೂರ್ಯದಿಂದಲೇ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೂ, ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಅಂಶವಾದ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಅಂಧಕಾರ ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮದಿಂದಲೇ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನವಾಗಿ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮದಿಂದಲೇ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿತವಾಗುವ ಭೌತ ಅಹಂಕಾರವು, ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾಂಶವಾದ ಜೀವಾತ್ಮನಿಗೆ ಪರಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ಸಾಕ್ಷಾತ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
