इडा। इडैवास्मां अनु वस्तां व्रतेन यस्याः पदे पुनते देवयन्तः । घृतपदी शक्वरी सोमपृष्ठोप यज्ञमस्थित वैश्वदेवी

IAST Transliteration

iḍā́ | iḍáyā́ evā́smā́n ánu vastāṁ vraténa yásyāḥ padé punáte devayántaḥ | ghṛtápadī śákvarī sómapṛṣṭhópa yajñám ásthita vaiśvadevī́

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Iḍā—yea, by Iḍā may she, in ordered observance, encompass us; she at whose station the god-seeking men are cleansed. Ghee-footed, Śakvarī, Soma-backed, she hath taken her place beside the sacrifice, the Vaiśvadevī.

Translation

ಇಡಾ—ಹೌದು, ಇಡಾದ ಮೂಲಕ ಆ ದೇವಿ ವ್ರತದ ನಿಯಮದಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತುವರಿದು ಕಾಪಾಡಲಿ; ಯಾರ ಪಾದಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಬಯಸುವವರು ಶುದ್ಧರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಘೃತಪದಿ, ಶಕ್ವರೀ, ಸೋಮಪೃಷ್ಠಾ—ಆ ವೈಶ್ವದೇವೀ ಯಜ್ಞದ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ನಿಂತಿದ್ದಾಳೆ.
