सर्प-विष-निवारणम्। परि द्यामिव सूर्योऽहीनां जनिमागमम्। रात्री जगदिवान्यद्धंसात् तेना ते वारये विषम्

IAST Transliteration

pári dyā́m iva sū́ryo ’hī́nāṁ jánim ā́gamam | rā́trīr jágad ivā́nyad haṁsā́t ténā te vārayé víṣam ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

As the Sun encompasseth the heaven, so have I come upon the serpents’ birth. As from the Haṁsa the other moving world (is kept apart), by that same power I ward from thee the poison.

Translation

ಸರ್ಪ-ವಿಷ-ನಿವಾರಣ. ಸೂರ್ಯನು ದ್ಯಾವನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತುವರಿದಂತೆ, ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಾನು ಅಹಿಗಳ ಜನ್ಮಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಹಂಸದಿಂದ ಇತರ ಚಲಿಸುವ ಜಗತ್ತು ಬೇರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ಕಾಯಲ್ಪಡುವಂತೆ, ಅದೇ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ವಿಷವನ್ನು ನಾನು ತಡೆದು ದೂರಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.
