Sukta 105
यथा बाणः सुसंशितः परापतत्याशुमत्। एवा त्वं कासे प्र पत पृथिव्या अनु संवतम्
yáthā bā́ṇaḥ susaṃśitáḥ parā́-pataty āśumát | evā́ tvaṃ kā́se prá pata pṛthivyā́ ánu saṃvátam ||
As a well-whetted arrow swiftly flies away,—even so, O Cough, fly forth; along the earth, unto the far meeting-bound.
ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ತೀಕ್ಷ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಬಾಣವು ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ದೂರಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾರಿಹೋಗುವಂತೆ, ಹಾಗೆಯೇ, ಹೇ ಕಾಸೇ, ನೀನು ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾರಿ ಹೋಗು; ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ, ದೂರದ ಸಂವತ್ (ಸಂಗಮ-ಸೀಮೆ) ತನಕ ಹೋಗಿ ಬೀಳು.
