केतुं कृण्वन्नकेतवे पेशो मर्या अपेशसे । समुषद्भिरजायथाः

IAST Transliteration

ketúṃ kṛṇván aketáve péśo maryā́ apeśáse | sám uṣádbhir ajāyathāḥ

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Making a signal for the signless, fair form for the unadorned, O youth—together with the Dawns thou wast brought to birth.

Translation

ಅಕೇತವಕ್ಕೆ ಕೇತು (ಸಂಕೇತ)ವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವವನೇ, ಅಪೇಶಸೆಗೆ ಸುಂದರ ರೂಪವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುವವನೇ—ಓ ಯುವನೇ! ಉಷಸ್ಸುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೀನು ಜನ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲ್ಪಟ್ಟೆ.
