Sukta 112
यद् वा प्रवृद्ध सत्पते न मरा इति मन्यसे । उतो तत् सत्यमित् तव
yád vā́ pravr̥ddha satpate ná marā́ íti mányase | utó tát satyám íd táva
If, O might-increased Lord of the True, thou deemest thus, ‘I shall not die,’—then that, moreover, is verily thine own truth.
ಹೇ ಪ್ರವೃದ್ಧ (ವರ್ಧಿತ ಶಕ್ತಿಯವ), ಸತ್ಪತೇ (ಸತ್ಯದ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ)! ನೀನು ಹೀಗೆ ಭಾವಿಸಿದರೆ—‘ನಾನು ಸಾಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ’—ಅದು ಸಹ ನಿನ್ನದೇ ನಿಜವಾದ ಸತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
