अर्वागन्यः परो अन्यो दिवस्पृष्ठाद् गुहा निधी निहितौ ब्राह्मणस्य । तौ रक्षति तपसा ब्रह्मचारी तत् केवलं कृणुते ब्रह्म विद्वान्

IAST Transliteration

arvā́g anyáḥ pará anyó divás pṛṣṭhā́d guhā́ nidhī́ nihitáu brā́hmaṇasya | táu rakṣati tápasā brahmacārī́ tát kévalaṃ kṛṇute bráhma vidvā́n

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

One is on this side, the other is beyond; from the back of heaven, in secret, two treasures are laid up for the Brāhmaṇa. Those two the Brahmacārin guards by his tapas; that the knower of brahman makes wholly his own.

Translation

ಒಂದು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡೆ ಇದೆ, ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪಾರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ; ದ್ಯೌವಿನ ಪೃಷ್ಠದಿಂದ, ಗುಹ್ಯವಾಗಿ, ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನಿಗಾಗಿ ಎರಡು ನಿಧಿಗಳು ನಿಹಿತವಾಗಿವೆ. ಆ ಎರಡನ್ನೂ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಚಾರಿ ತನ್ನ ತಪಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಬ್ರಹ್ಮವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದವನು (ಬ್ರಹ್ಮವಿದ್) ಅದನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ತನ್ನದಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
