samānaścānuśayo vikreturanuśayena

Translation

ಖರೀದಿದಾರನ ಪರಿಹಾರ-ದಾವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾರಾಟಗಾರನ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ/ಪ್ರತಿದಾವೆಯ ಸಮಾನ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು।
