Transliteration

tatra hīnacaturguṇo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

ಆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ದಂಡವು ನಾಲ್ಕುಪಟ್ಟು (ಮೊತ್ತದ) ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ; ಕೊರತೆ/ಹಂತದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.
