पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

ಬೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಧೂಳು/ಕಸ ಸುರಿದರೆ ಮಾನಕ ದಂಡದ ಎಂಟನೇ ಭಾಗ ದಂಡ; ಕೆಸರು ಮತ್ತು ನೀರಿನ ಹರಿವನ್ನು ತಡೆದರೆ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಭಾಗ ದಂಡ।
