चिन्तयेयुश्च संस्थास्ताः संस्थाश्चान्याः स्वयोनयः ॥ कZ_०२.३५.१५च्द् ॥
Transliteration
cintayeyuś ca saṃsthās tāḥ saṃsthāś cānyāḥ svayonayaḥ
Translation
ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತ ಗುಪ್ತಚರ ‘ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು’ ಕೂಡ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಚಿಂತಿಸಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು; ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಇತರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೂ—ಸ್ವಯೋನಿ (ಸ್ಥಳೀಯವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವತಃ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ) ಘಟಕಗಳು—ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು।
