Transliteration

rakṣātikrame pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದರೆ ‘ಪೂರ್ವ’ (ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ದರ್ಜೆಯ) ಸಾಹಸ-ದಂಡ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ।
