Transliteration

pānāgāreṣu vā pibeyur asaṃcāriṇaḥ

Translation

ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದವರು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪಾನಾಗಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕುಡಿಯಬೇಕು।
