Maitreya Upanishad 19 — Verse 19

देशकालविमुक्तोऽस्मि दिगम्बरसुखोऽस्म्यहम् ।

नास्ति नास्ति विमुक्तोऽस्मि नकारहितोऽस्म्यहम् ॥१९॥

देश-काल-विमुक्तः अस्मि । दिक्-अम्बर-सुखः अस्मि अहम् ।

न अस्ति न अस्ति । विमुक्तः अस्मि । न-कार-रहितः अस्मि अहम् ॥१९॥

IAST Transliteration

deśa-kāla-vimukto 'smi dig-ambara-sukho 'smy aham |

nāsti nāsti vimukto 'smi na-kāra-rahito 'smy aham ||19||

Translation

ខ្ញុំលើសពីទីកន្លែង និងពេលវេលា; ខ្ញុំជាអាត្មាន សុភមង្គលដ៏គ្មានព្រំដែន ដូចជាអ្នកស្លៀកពាក់ដោយទិស (digambara)។ មិនមែន “មាន” ហើយក៏មិនមែន “មិនមាន”; ខ្ញុំបានរួចផុត; ខ្ញុំគ្មាន “na” គឺគ្មានការបដិសេធ និងការកំណត់។

Academic Translation

I am free from place and time; I am the bliss of the sky-clad (direction-clad, i.e., unbounded) [Self]. I am [that for which] there is no ‘is’ and no ‘is’; I am liberated; I am devoid of the letter ‘na’ (i.e., devoid of negation/limitation).
