ब्राह्मणाय च गौर्देया सर्वत्रसुखमश्नुते । न देया द्विजमात्राय दातारं सोऽवपातयेत्
brāhmaṇāya ca gaurdeyā sarvatrasukhamaśnute | na deyā dvijamātrāya dātāraṃ so'vapātayet
គោគួរប្រគេនទានដល់ព្រះព្រាហ្មណ៍ពិតប្រាកដ; អ្នកឲ្យទាននឹងទទួលសុខសាន្តគ្រប់ទីកន្លែង។ តែមិនគួរប្រគេនដល់អ្នកដែលមានតែឈ្មោះថាទ្វិជៈប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ព្រោះអ្នកទទួលបែបនោះនឹងនាំអ្នកឲ្យទានទៅកាន់ការធ្លាក់ចុះ។
