दुर्वासा उवाच । सौमित्रे गच्छ शीघ्रं त्वं रामाग्रे मां निवेदय । कार्यार्थिनमिदं वाक्यं नान्यथा कर्तुमर्हसि
durvāsā uvāca | saumitre gaccha śīghraṃ tvaṃ rāmāgre māṃ nivedaya | kāryārthinamidaṃ vākyaṃ nānyathā kartumarhasi
ទុរវាសា បានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ឱ កូនសុមិត្រា (សោមិត្រេ) ចូរទៅឆាប់ៗ ហើយជម្រាបខ្ញុំចំពោះព្រះរាម។ ខ្ញុំមកដោយកិច្ចការ; ចំពោះសំណើនេះ អ្នកមិនគួរធ្វើបែបផ្សេងទេ»។
