ដូច្នេះ អ្នកដែលប្រាថ្នាផលនៃសុខលោកីយ៍ និងមោក្ខៈ គួរពាក់សញ្ញាសក្ការៈនោះតាមវិធីកំណត់។ ជាពិសេស អ្នកស្រឡាញ់ព្រះសិវៈ គួរធ្វើជានិច្ច ដើម្បីឲ្យព្រះសិវៈ និងព្រះសិវា ពេញព្រះហឫទ័យជានិរន្តរ។
